Suitable for domestic use only. The end stands are manufactured in 304 stainless steel. Plastic wheels and a unique anti-spin device, locking the steering wheel in place, are supplied as standard. The sturdy telescopic tube is manufactured from aluminium and comes complete with hardware for connecting to new or existing covers. The reel has a centre bearing which makes the action extremely smooth.

The Prism Reel is a 12v.D.C battery operated reel system. The battery is charged by a daylight sensitive solar cell, which is mounted on the top of one of the end stands. The 4" telescopic anodised winding tube is adjustable. Available in two sizes to suit pool widths of 12’ – 15’ and 15’ – 20’ and is able to handle bubble covers up to 40’ x 20’ (6m x 12m) and 6mm foam.
This reel is ideal to retrofit to existing pools, as it covers up to 16’ x 32’ (5m x 10m) requires no mains electrical power supply or wiring. The Prism is available with a key switch operation.

The Electrolyte Reel is also a battery operated reel system; however unlike the Prism the 12v.D.C battery is housed in the plant room with its own P.C controlled by a 230v/12 charger. The reel requires a cable from the plant room to one of the end stands. The 4" telescopic anodised winding tube is adjustable.
