Trainer and spa has the Pro Swims System that will allow even the best swimmers to exercise to their limits. This system reduces the need for high performance pumps and therefore reduces running costs.
Each model is hand built using the finest premium grade acrylic and includes a luxury mahogany cabinet, high density spray applied foam insulation, rigid safety / insulation cover and a 10 year warranty.

Safety: All Catalina swimspas are fitted with a UL listed safety insulation covers that can be locked and only removed with a key.
Running Cost: Swimspas do not have to be expensive to run. Catalina’s ‘thermal pane insulation system’ uses only the best high density foam insulation spray applied to the reverse of the Swimspa shell the plumbing and the back of the mahogany cabinet. A Swimspa kept constantly warm will cost substantially less than a traditional swimming pool. Each Catalina Swimspa is pre-plumbed ready for the Catalina ECO heat option that uses heatpump technology to heat the Swimspa and reduce running costs by up to 70%.

All Catalina Spa and Swimspa Models are now available with our new Catalina Spa-kle automatic sanitising system. It's simple to use and inexpensive to run and eliminates the dry skin, pungent chemical smell and unsightliness of old tablet feeder systems. No more hassle, just sparkling clean water.
Running your spa or Hot Tub could not be easier!
First, you add Catalina Spa-kle granules (Sodium Bromide*) to your hot tub water. You only have to do this once, during the initial start-up process and occasionally after water top ups.
*Sodium Bromide NaBr is a close cousin of Sodium Chloride NaCl (table salt)
The dissolved Sodium Bromide then circulates through your hot tub filtration system and makes contact with the Catalina Spa-kle bromine generator where it electronically converts Sodium Bromide into Bromine.
*Bromine is a recommended sanitiser for hot tubs and spas
The Bromine sanitises the spa’s water then reverts back to Sodium Bromide, completing the perpetual cycle.
Traditional methods of sanitising like Bromine tablets that have binders, or stabilised Chlorine that contains cyanuric acid, all have bi-products that build up in the water. With the Catalina Spa-kle system we only use 98% pure Sodium Bromide, a natural salt, which does not cause build up in your spa water. The dissolved Sodium Bromide circulates through the spa and the Catalina Spa-kle system electronically converts Sodium Bromide into Bromine.
