The five measurable parameters include free Chlorine, total Chlorine, pH value, Cyanuric Acid and Alkalinity M. The Scuba II’s design introduces enhanced features and innovative design concepts to enable easy handling and operation – it’s child’s play, really.

OTZ

As an additional enhancement to its predecessor, the Scuba II introduces a unique ‚zeroing‘ functionality, otherwise known as „One Time Zero“ (OTZ). When the Scuba II is turned on with the „ON/OFF“ key, the instrument requests a zero calibration. This only has to be carried out once before the first measurement is taken. So long as the instrument remains switched on and is used to measure the water of the same pool, no further zero calibration needs to be carried out.
For all further measurements, all that is needed is a fresh sample and the appropriate reagent tablet for the respective method.

Use of Lovibond® Photometer Tablets

Unlike the original Scuba which required specific Scuba tablets, this successor product utilises Photometer tablets to carry out measurements.

Larger Display

The large display area of 3 x 2.2 cm is friendly to the eye and enables the easy reading of measurements. Replace with: in all locations and conditions.

The Scuba II Pool Tester Can Swim!

A great improvement in the development of the Scuba II is that it will float in water and is IP68 waterproof. Accidents can happen and these features ensure that the meter is robust enough to endure and can be rescued easily should an accident occur.
