All orders received by 3pm are dispatched via carrier for next working day delivery. Unless otherwise advised.
Saturday delivery is available at an extra cost, please contact us for a quotation.
Please note that you must inspect your order before signing for it.
Your signature is your confirmation that you have received your consignment in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged, please refuse delivery and mark the consignment note accordingly.
All missing, damaged or late delivered goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Returned Goods Policy
It is All Swim’s aim that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If, however, you do not require a product, simply return it within 30 days of delivery unused in its original packaging together with your receipt, with all parts and any manuals originally supplied and we will give you a full refund (excluding any carriage charge). However, we regret that special order items and non-stocked items cannot be refunded.
