Please note installers must assess the property's electrical supply and notify the Distribution Network Operator (DNO) of any planned heat pump installations, as required by law. The reporting of a planned heat pump installation to the DNO is now a statutory requirement. 

Under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS), heat pumps must be installed at least 1m from neighbouring boundaries, though greater distances are likely to be necessary to comply with MCS document 020 noise calculations.

Calorex I-PAC Range 

The latest Calorex I-PAC extended season heat pump features Inverter technology, which allows for far greater efficiency in controlling the pool water temperature.  The Calorex I-PAC heat pump uses far less output capacity to keep the pool water at the right temperature, greatly reducing the running costs.

Suitable for swimming during the UK April to October season, this range will operate in air temperatures down to 5ºC.

Using only the energy that is needed and only when required; the Calorex I-PAC heat pump ensures high efficiency with modulating step-less inverter compressor, giving an average COP of 10.3.
