Blue Horizons Concentrated Phos Away is a dual action product used to remove excess phosphates in pool water, that otherwise act as an algae nutrient, which in turn may lead to increased/wasteful sanitiser use. Compatible with all recognised sanitisers and suitable for use in sand and diatomaceous earth filters.

General Instructions

1. Maintain pH levels within the ideal range 7.2 - 7.6 and if not in this range adjust.
2. Use a reliable phosphate test kit to establish your phosphate levels or bring a sample in for us to test for you.
3. Check the filter pressure and if high backwash the filter prior to dosing with Concentrated Phos Away.
4. Shake the bottle well before use.
5. Apply the required dose (see table below) slowly via a clean and empty skimmer basket with the circulation pump running.
6. Run filtration system continuously for at least 24 hours after product application before any backwashing and then backwash to remove trapped phosphates from your filter.

• Wear protective clothing, gloves, eye/facial protection while handling.
• Never mix with any other chemicals including cleaning products and chlorine products, as a dangerous reaction may occur.

Handling/Storage

• Handle products in a well-ventilated area, preferably outdoors.
• Wash hands with soap after use.
• Store in a cool dry place out of reach from children.
• Ensure lid is replaced and sealed after use.
• Wash hands after use.
• If in eyes rinse cautiously for several minutes.
• If in contact with skin wash thoroughly with soap.

Remember: NO PHOSPHATES = NO ALGAE!
